Vanilla Sponge Cake with Buttercream and Strawberry Jam
Our vanilla sponge cake has been described as a piece of heaven on a plate. It's soft spongy texture and light crumb is delicious by itself, but when sandwiched with the highest quality strawberry jam on the market and fresh whipped butter icing, it's delectable. This delicious sponge is then coated in a layer of sugar icing to keep it extra moist and fresh whilst we decorate and deliver. Our vanilla sponge cake is baked, then split with jam and cream, and finally decorated and delivered within a very short space of time to ensure freshness and quality.
Vanilla Sponge: 
Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Egg Powder (Hens Egg), Raising Agents (E450, E500), Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (E471, E472b, E477), Egg White Powder (Hens Egg), Maltodextrin, Salt, Colour (E160a), Flavouring.
Buttercream:
Butter (Milk) Colour (Beta-carotene E160a).  Sugar.

Strawberry Jam:
Cane Sugar, Strawberries, Gelling Agent; Citrus Pectin, Concentrated Lemon Juice.
