Lemon Sponge Cake with Lemon Curd and Frosting
Our Lemon Cake is a pure delight of tangy freshness. It's soft citrus spongy texture and light crumb is delicious, sandwiched with the highest quality lemon curd and fresh whipped lemon frosting, it's delectable. This moist cake is then coated in a layer of sugar icing to keep it extra moist and fresh whilst we decorate and deliver. Our lemon cake is always made fresh to order, decorated and delivered within a very short space of time to ensure freshness and quality.
Lemon Sponge:
Sugar, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Wheat Starch, Raising Agents (E450, E500, E501), Whey Powder [Milk], Emulsifiers (E471, E481), Rapeseed Oil, Modified Potato Starch, Wheat Gluten, Natural Flavouring, Salt, Stabilisers (E466, E412), Colour (E100). Pasteurised Liquid Whole Hen Egg. Vegetable Oil.
Lemon Frosting:
Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Water, Humectant (Sorbitol), Skimmed Milk Powder, Cream Cheese Powder (Milk) 3.5%, Sicilian Lemon Oil, Salt, Acid (Citric Acid), Emulsifier (E435), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Colour (Algal Carotenes).
Lemon Curd:
Sugar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Water, Margarine (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Palm Stearin), Cornflour, Lemon Juice From Concentrate (4%), Dried Whole Egg, Gelling Agent: Pectin, Acid: Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate, Lemon Oil, Colour: Beta Carotene, Antioxidant: Ascorbic Acid.

Storing Your Cake
Keep your cake in the box until it’s time to serve it. Keep in a cool, dry place.
Once cut, store it in an airtight container. Please do not refrigerate or freeze your cake.
Best Before Date
Your cake has a shelf life of one week (seven days) from the ‘date required’ which appears on your product order form. Cupcakes are best eaten within two days from the ‘date required’.
