Day of the Dead (Spanish: Día de Muertos) is a Mexican holiday celebrated throughout Mexico, in particular the Central and South regions, and by people of Mexican ancestry living in other places, especially the United States. The multi-day holiday focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died, and help support their spiritual journey. It is acknowledged internationally in many other cultures.
It comes with 32 vanilla or chocolate cupcakes (3 inch diameter) and the top tier cutting cake is a generous 8 inches which will serve an additional 20 guests. The top tier cake can easily be removed for presenting and blowing out candles and the cupcakes be used to hand out to guests without the mess of cake cutting or sent home in party bags or as gifts
